  Beautiful country location with ample parking. The rooms were exceptionally presented, and very well equipped. The service on arrival was delightful, with nothing being too much trouble. We were escorted to our rooms to make sure that everything was just so.

  A little bit too pretentious membership club. Nobody interested in walk-in newcomers. We booked a table for birthday dinner. The meals were quite nice, but more on paper rather than for real. The wine list is good though. I would recommend this place for a family weekend if you're around for spa, tennis, nice walks on Downs.
